Eric Prydz, born in Tuby in 1976, is a Swedish DJ and proder of House Music. He's famous because of his biggest hit 'Call on Me' released in 2014. The idea for this song with sample from Steve Winwood originally came from Thomas Bangalter and DJ Falcon. However, it was not an official release. Eric Prydz picked the number on where Winwood re song the sample. Which became a hit. There was a new dispute over who was the first who made the song, but Bangalter won.
Prydz is also the man behind Cirez D, Pryda and Sheridan. Under that last name he has scored a number of hits, including Pjanoo,, which has become a real summer hit of 2008. The music of Prydz is not quite the genre house, but tends more towards the progressive house.
